What the hell????

I'm at my parents for breakfast......and my dad puts this down.....

I didnt think anything of a bowl of yogurt and bananas, til he filled
the bowl with cocoa crispy's.

This is the weirdest thing ive seen him
do since he was sitting at the table eating a bag of peanuts, while
watching family matters. That is urkel and carl winslow, for you Lay-
people.

the aftermath

as per usual, she made her 'beer face'.

she has pleaded with me to not post some of the pictures, so i won't.

keep in mind, upon tasting said beer, she immediately reels around
from the abundance of flavor, so getting an accurate picture can be
damn near impossible.

well.....

pete was inspiring last year.
purchase one fancy beer for consumption during the super bowl.

this year, we decided to follow suit, and buy some dogfish head world
wide stout.
a nice 20%'er.

as per usual, upon pouring, i test it out with my filter........andi.

recording crap

well.....

slowly but surely, i've been building a studio in my basement.
i started buying recording crap in high school.
i recorded some awful demo's, and a song about the quadratic
formula, set to the music of Panama by VH.
FOR-MU-LA!

when i met pete (overtone), i sold my crap. he had such awesome
recording stuff, i figured i'd never need mine again.
Boy was i wrong.
9 years later, here i am. buying recording stuff again.
it has replaced the obsession with vintage guitar stuff (for the time
being).

this week, i scored a rack, and i have been slowly assembling it.

i'm pumped, as i have some controllers, and more cables coming this
week.

should the blog still have my attention after 6 days, i suppose i'm
likely to post about it.

welcome to the official test run of this new blogging technology.

i can post this from my iphone, and i find that pretty terrific. i
figured since it's so simple, and idiot proof, i'd try my hand at it.
