So i go shoe shopping....

I hate the mall.
not all malls...but gurnee mills absolutely kills me. when i have to
go, i go in the morning, to limit the amount of crap i have to deal
with.

today i went shoe shopping. i'm pretty sure my trusty new balances are
nearing their 3 year anniversary.....so i figured i should invest in a
backup pair.

as i am making my way from one store to another....i come across the
karaoke recording kiosk.

holy crap.

i was blown away by the concept....so i took pictures.

in case you are wondering.....the guy standing there isn't sad......he
is just appreciating his new beats....which i can only assume are phat
beats.....but me and ben didn't know when to properly use the term
'phat' regarding beats, so i will stick to just plain jane 'beats'.

naturally, this ruined my shoe shopping experience, as i couldn't get
my mind off it.
does he license the music?
does he pay royalties?
he certainly doesn't have the rights to re-record their songs......

so many issues....

regardless, my $35 went right to him......just wait for my versions of
'i will always love you', and 'the real slim shady'......
